Tilt-Shift Photography
Tilt–shift photography is camera movements on DSLR and medium-format cameras. It makes a photo of a real life scene-normally taken at a high angle-and simulates it as a miniature scene. Tilt is used to control the orientation of the plane of focus hence the part of an image that appears sharp. Shift is used to adjust the position of the subject in the image area without moving the camera back; this is often helpful in avoiding the intersect parallel lines, as when photographing tall buildings.When looking at tilt-shift photography i discovered that trees, people, cars, stadiums and architecture work best and make the most effective tilt-shift scenes.
Other ideas i would like to try out are;
- Aeroplanes
- Trains
- Cyclists
Next you need to press 'G' again this will take away the red band and will replace it with marching ants. From this point you will need to go to the top of your screen and press 'filter' then 'blur' and finally 'lens blur' this will then show you the overall image, you can then change the radius and add or take away blur to your image. |
